About the Role

As a planner at Werksta Göteborg Högsbo, you will play a central role in ensuring efficient planning and optimization of workflows in the repair shop. Your focus will be on maximizing customer satisfaction and creating a smooth handling of both personnel and customer cases.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with good experience in the car damage industry and previous experience in planning and administration. It is important that you are engaged, service-oriented, and have a good eye for detail. To succeed in this role, you need to possess the following qualifications:

• Documented experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of business systems and planning tools, with a requirement for experience in Cabas.
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Job Responsibilities

You will be the person who handles all planning of customers' cars in Cab, actively working to move cars in the system and keeping track of where each car is in the process, ensuring that all damage technicians have work at all times.

• Answer phone calls and emails
• Ensure that everyone adheres to their scheduled times.
• Plan for a steady workflow.
• Always work to optimize the workshop's productivity and operations.
• Maintain close contact with department heads to ensure planned jobs follow the schedule
• Other administrative tasks
• Assist other units as needed
