About the positionAs a vehicle electrician, you will work for a technology company specializing in development, simulation, and testing within the automotive industry. They offer services to conduct advanced testing of engines, hybrids, electric systems, fuel cells, and other technical solutions to ensure performance, quality, and sustainability. Tests are conducted in high-tech lab environments, where both hardware and software are analyzed and optimized. In the role of Vehicle Electrician, you will work on projects with your colleagues at their clients' sites, focusing on electrical components.

Your future tasksIn the role of vehicle electrician, you will work with:

• Ordering components needed for construction and assembly.
• Building test boxes with wiring and electrical components according to specified electrical schematics, which will then be tested in a lab environment.
• Designing and ordering signs for labeling what is being built.
• Performing maintenance and repair of test boxes that have been tested in a lab environment, both hardware-wise and software-wise.
• Connecting, soldering, and drilling.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in practical mechanical work, in a similar role as this.
• Good knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering, especially automotive electrical systems.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Computer skills.

In this recruitment process, it is an advantage if you have experience working with testing and development in a controlled environment, as well as a post-secondary education in a relevant field.
