Build and Lead Our New Sales Team in Stockholm!

At Impressive Relations, we are expanding and are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to take the lead role in starting up and leading our new team in Stockholm. This is an opportunity for you who want to combine sales with leadership – and who is passionate about achieving results together with others. We currently work in various department stores and grocery stores with one of Sweden's most well-known brands! 

About the Role:

You will be involved from the very first step: introduction and startup of a completely new team. During the first weeks, you will work closely with our sales manager and learn our working methods by participating in existing projects. After that, you will take the helm and lead the team in day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Planning schedules and ensuring conditions for sales success
• Coaching and developing salespeople to meet and exceed targets
• Following up on results and reporting against budget
• Being part of the sales yourself – you lead both by word and action
