Your role in brief

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team. You will be the first point of contact for future Juni customers – you will identify, engage, and qualify prospects. This is a role with significant responsibility and a focus on prospecting where you will work closely with our Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to build pipeline and drive our growth.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build Juni's outbound sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads

  • Perform multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with smart and tailored communication

  • Book meetings for our AEs with high-potential prospects

  • Use tools and data to prioritize accounts and improve results

  • Keep CRM data updated and track key KPIs for outbound

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to continuously optimize outreach

  • Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to the team every day

After 2 months: You are fully onboarded and conducting outreach daily After 3 months: You are continuously booking qualified meetings and iterating on messaging After 4 months: You are seen as a reliable pipeline engine and a key player in Juni's commercial efforts

Qualifications

What we need to see:

  • 1+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/internship)

  • Self-starter attitude and strong written/oral communication skills

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Good organizational skills and CRM discipline

  • Drive to achieve goals and ambition to grow into a Senior SDR role over time

What we would like to see:

  • Experience with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital industries

  • Confidence in handling objections and patience in the face of setbacks
