We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager for a product company in the defense industry located in Karlskoga. The company’s mission is to protect people in communities, thereby contributing to societal safety. As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will play a central role in the company’s efforts to ensure that information security and compliance are integrated into all parts of the organization. You will proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks, information flows, and regulations. By developing and improving processes, you will strengthen the organization’s ability to meet high demands from customers and partners.

The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, where you will contribute your analytical skills and structure to ensure long-term sustainability and efficiency. You will also be a key part of building trust by educating and supporting colleagues in implementing new working methods and guidelines.

• Experience in risk management and compliance
• Ability to independently drive and develop processes to ensure information security and compliance in complex environments
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations, and the position requires Swedish citizenship.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period
