Welcome to Attendo where you can make a difference.  Attendo Regementsgatan is located in Visby and is a nursing home with 58 places distributed across 6 departments. 

We at Regementsgatan now want to expand our friendly team with more nursing assistants. We are looking for those who are qualified nursing assistants and/or have experience in care work and delegation. 

We are looking for you who are driven to work with people and make a real difference for the customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with the customers and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

Job Description

* Nursing Assistant probationary employment

The position involves:

• Daily care work and helping customers with their routines
• Support and guide customers
• Take responsibility and follow routines/guidelines for social documentation such as contact person and implementation plans.
• Maintain a good relationship with customers and relatives
• Cleaning
• Simple cooking

* Hourly Substitute

The position involves:

• Work on an hourly basis according to the needs of the operation.
• Daily care work and helping customers with their routines
• Cleaning
• Simple cooking

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity
