About the Role

Come and grow with Enwell, we are now expanding in Dalarna and looking for more heat pump technicians.

Enwell Dalarna installs and services heat pumps primarily from IVT and Toshiba throughout Dalarna, focusing around Mora and Falun. We are now investing by further strengthening our presence in Dalarna.

We are therefore looking for more heat pump technicians in Falun!

For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development. You will be part of a team of both experienced individuals and employees who have just started their journey in the industry. With us, you will have varied tasks, working both independently and in teams. Enwell Falun works in parallel with Enwell Mora towards common goals.

About the Role

As a Heat Pump Technician, you will have a varied job where you will work with the installation of our heat pumps for private customers, as well as for smaller companies/properties. As a Heat Pump Technician, you will also work with service and repairs of heat pumps. You will also want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur. The greatest workload is during winter, and overtime may occur during peak periods.

Requirements

• Experience in plumbing work and installation of heat pumps.
• Experience in B2C and a good ability to handle end customers.
• Driving license B
• Good written and verbal skills in Swedish
• General IT skills, e.g., experience in troubleshooting via computer as well as reporting and follow-up on mobile devices.
• Refrigeration technician training is an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you should be driven and independent in your work. You are service-oriented and appreciate good contact with customers as the relationship with our customers is of utmost importance to us!

Travel: Travel within the Dalarna region occurs daily, but overnight stays are rare.
