Blaster for the Rock Group

NCC is increasing its market share in blasting works in southern Norrland, which means that we must immediately strengthen our rock group with competent and experienced employees. NCC Industry Rock Group currently consists of approximately 75 employees. The group has 40 drilling rigs and operates from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north. We are one of Sweden's largest above-ground blasting teams.

The work as a blaster involves independently planning, carrying out, documenting, and being responsible for above-ground blasting in quarries and on construction sites. As a blaster, you are an important piece in our efforts to maintain our position as the leading supplier in terms of quality, performance, and the environment. You often become our face outward and therefore it is important that you, as a person, have a natural ability to maintain relationships with our customers and suppliers. You will work in a large geographical area, mainly in Dalarna/Gävleborg. So we prefer that you live in this area.

You have a basic course in blasting technology, and it is a merit if you have any additional education in the field. It is a merit if you have previously been a responsible blaster on some construction projects. Even if you have less experience but a strong interest in the profession, you may be the one we are looking for. Computer skills and a B driver's license are required. 
 
You are a responsible and independent person who enjoys independently driving your work forward. You understand the importance of your contribution to a successful result. Working for a good work environment and putting safety first is a matter of course for you.

The position is a permanent position, with a trial period applied if necessary.
