Do you want to contribute to shaping the future of customer support?

We are looking for an experienced project consultant who wants to be a key player in a strategic initiative to develop and optimize the customer support model for a global player in mobility. This assignment gives you the opportunity to work closely with decision-makers, analyze the current situation, and create solutions that impact the customer experience across multiple markets.

About the assignment

The purpose of the project is to evaluate how customer support is organized today and find the best balance between:

  • Regional vs. local delivery – when is it most effective to work centrally and when is local presence needed?

  • In-house vs. outsourcing – what should be handled internally and what can advantageously be managed by external partners?

The goal is to ensure a model that provides high quality, is scalable, and cost-effective – both now and in the future.

Job responsibilities

As Project Support, you will:

  • Support the project manager in defining the project's goals, scope, and success criteria

  • Develop and follow up a detailed project plan, including timelines, resources, and dependencies

  • Conduct an analysis of the current customer support model and identify strengths and weaknesses

  • Perform benchmarking studies of how other players in the industry (automotive OEMs) have built their models

  • Provide recommendations for future operational models and present pros and cons to decision-makers

What you deliver

  • A well-structured decision-making document with a recommended operational model for customer support

  • Regular status reports and a clear project plan that keeps stakeholders updated

We believe you

  • Have solid experience in project management or project support, preferably in complex organizations

  • Are analytical, structured, and accustomed to working data-driven

  • Thrive in an environment where you collaborate closely with managers and key personnel and can drive discussions forward

  • Communicate fluently in English (spoken and written)

Requirements

  • Scope: 40 hours per week

  • Workplace: Gothenburg (25% remote possibility)
