Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be a central player in the work of building a robust and future-proof IT environment. You will lead and drive mission-critical IT projects with many stakeholders and ensure that deliveries meet timelines, budgets, and quality requirements. The role also involves creating structure and conditions for progress in complex environments while collaborating closely with IT management, the business, and external suppliers. With your combination of strategic holistic perspective and technical understanding, you will contribute to driving development forward in a crucial way.

Your Profile and Qualifications

We are looking for a confident leader with extensive experience in managing larger IT projects in complex organizations. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 10 years of experience as a project or program manager in IT
• Documented experience with mission-critical and complex projects
• Broad technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, platforms, applications, and architecture
• Experience managing stakeholders at the management level and driving negotiations
• Good knowledge of regulations ISM and KSF2/3
• Swedish citizenship and the ability to undergo a security clearance

Preferred:

• Experience in technology-intensive and security-critical environments
• Knowledge of planning tools for resource, time, and budget management
• Ability to start shortly
