About the role

As a Supply Planner, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the entire flow from raw material purchasing to delivered product. You will oversee sales, inventory, and forecasts, place daily purchase orders, and be our main contact with suppliers. The role may also include support in product development, such as taking ideas to finished products in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Your mission

• Monitor sales, inventory levels, and order status
• Ensure that inventory levels meet demand and that service levels remain high
• Place and follow up on purchase orders daily with the right quantity, right time, and right conditions
• Create and update forecasts based on data and market signals
• Adjust purchasing plans in response to changing demand, lead times, or external factors
• Contribute to cost optimization and efficiency in the supply chain
• Be the main contact with suppliers and drive the operational dialogue
• Monitor delivery accuracy and initiate improvements in case of deviations
• Coordinate internally and share current information about inventory, forecasts, and lead times
• Support product development and assortment

We believe you have

• Experience in operational purchasing and/or supply planning, preferably within e-commerce
• Familiarity with supplier relationships and order/purchasing management
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Good data skills and proficiency in the Office suite; experience with ERP/WMS is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers, KPIs, and forecasts
• Structured, planning-oriented, and good at prioritizing when conditions change
• Communicative relationship builder, both internally and externally
• Business-minded and solution-oriented with a focus on efficiency and profitability
• Proactive, self-driven, and responsible
• Interest in products, trends, and developing new concepts
• Preferred: experience in forecasting, inventory management, and/or product development
