About the Role

In this role, you will act as the link between our customers and our contracted moving partners, focusing on projects within:

• Private Moves
• Office Moves
• Corporate Moves
• Storage
• Assistance
• Clearances
• Special Transport
• Other types of moving-related assignments

As an inside salesperson at Flyttgaranti & Installationspartner, you will be an important part of our sales team, where you will be responsible for incoming inquiries and offer our customers tailored moving and cleaning services. The position involves a varied and responsible job where approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to active sales and 30% to administrative tasks.

We provide ongoing training on our services, routines, and tools so that you feel confident in guiding both the customer and the supplier through the entire process.

Who Are You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative and solution-oriented
• Has an interest in logistics and the moving industry
• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and thrives in a coordinating role
• Is self-driven but also a team player
• Has good computer skills and a structured working method
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish, and preferably also in English

Desirable Experience (not required)

• Has worked at a moving company or in logistics
• Has a professional background in moving, transport, or warehousing
• Has experience in customer service/sales within moving or service-related fields
