JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is a mix of order reception, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work.

The work involves responding to and following up on customer inquiries, entering orders, and creating quotes. Customer contacts mainly occur via phone and email, but also sales over the counter in our store.

As a Technical Inside Salesperson, you will calculate quotes from countries with different currencies, customs duties, communicate with factories in English, and assist customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. The position can develop into KAM and more comprehensive sales responsibility.

You will also work daily in our warehouse, with picking and packing, booking transports, and receiving and handing out goods.

We utilize personal service to create long-term customer relationships.

*Is self-driven, motivated, very service-oriented, and has an eye for detail

*Has a good overall perspective, is structured, and meticulous

*Has an interest in sales via phone and email

*Enjoys working both independently and in a team: here we are all warehouse workers, as part of our various regular tasks.

*Is cooperative and unpretentious to fit in here.

*Is flexible and can take the initiative to help where needed, such as packing in the warehouse, assisting customers in the store, ensuring there is packing material, going to the post office, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

*Very good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form.

*Good knowledge of English in spoken and written form.

*Numerical skills and knowledge in calculations

*Experience working in some business system

*Knowledge in administration

*REQUIREMENT: at least Technical line at high school level or another form of Technical or Mechanical knowledge, interest, and/or understanding.

*REQUIREMENT: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE from education or work experience in MECHANICS and/or TECHNOLOGY

*Driver's license

The position is full-time in Saltsjö-Boo. Fixed salary. Start date by agreement.
