The Role in Brief

We are looking for a licensed psychologist who wants to combine clinical and organizational psychology work with business development. You will be a key person who delivers value here and now while developing the next generation of corporate health together with customers and our team.

Your Mission

Clinical & Consultative

• Assessment, support, counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation, digitally, individually, or in groups

• Support for managers/HR in cases, rehabilitation, work ability assessment, and work adaptation.

• Workshops, training, and lectures

• Business development

• Support the organization in packaging preventive and data-driven offerings.

• Analyze insights from customer data and follow up on effects together with the customer.

• Participate in customer dialogues/proof-of-concept and continuously improve the customer journey.

• Collaboration with product to refine flows and scalable working methods.

Who are you?

• Licensed psychologist (level 1 in CBT), preferably with experience in work/organizational psychology.

• Several years of documented experience as a psychologist

• Confident in consultative work with managers/HR

• Interest in packaging services, measuring effects, and creating business benefits from psychological competence.

• Strong communicator who thrives in both conversation rooms, customer meetings, and management teams, both digitally and physically.

Meritorious (extra plus):

• Documented experience in organization/organizational psychology.

• Experience in B2B environments and digital care/platforms.

• Experience leading training/workshops.

• Experience working with business development.

• Experience from occupational health services.
