Experienced Project Manager Wanted for Government Assignment in Norrköping

We are looking for an experienced project manager for an exciting government assignment in Norrköping. Here you will play a key role in further developing a recently procured property management system that will be used to manage rented properties, both for staff and accommodations. The system includes, among other things, floor plans and the ability to track costs for rents, wear and tear, and other related aspects. Some functions are already in place, but much work remains, giving you the chance to influence, drive development forward, and ensure that the system is used in the best possible way.

The need may vary during the assignment, but on average it corresponds to 30% of a full-time position. Work peaks and quieter periods are planned together with the client.

Responsibilities

As an IT project manager, you will contribute expertise in procurement, implementation, and management of property systems. The work is carried out in close collaboration with local supply and procurement functions as well as with digitalization and development resources. You are responsible for developing local management and supply processes and ensuring that the procured system continues to be implemented effectively.

Part of the role is to be the contact person for the system supplier to drive continued development of the collaboration. You will also participate in the work of mapping occupancy measurement systems.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• At least 5 years of experience working with property systems (IFMS)
• Experience with the XLPM project model
• Experience with the Antura project tool
• At least 5 years of experience in process development in areas such as case management, service agreements for property owners, or property management services
• Experience working with pre-systems for property systems (e.g., Flowscape or Metry)
• Completed reference assignments within public operations where you have worked on mapping and developing processes within property management
• At least one reference assignment where you were part of a project management group during the implementation of a property system

It is advantageous if you also have:

• At least 2 years of experience in developing and creating SLAs with system suppliers
• Experience working with occupancy measurement systems
