Senior Project Manager for Leading Technology Company

We are looking for a senior project manager for a leading technology company with a global presence and expertise in defense, security, and civil industry. At our client, you will lead the work within the digital workplace – a critical function for the organization to operate effectively and securely.

The assignment is full-time with placement in Linköping and is expected to start immediately. The duration of the assignment is twelve months with the possibility of extension. Travel within the assignment may occur.

Responsibilities

As a senior project manager, you are responsible for driving projects within the digital workplace from initiation and planning to delivery and follow-up. You will maintain close dialogue with the business to understand their needs and ensure that deliveries meet expectations. The work also involves participating in or leading training sessions related to workplace solutions. An important part of the assignment is to manage status reporting, estimates, planning, and follow-up in a structured and transparent manner.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 9 years of experience in coordination and project management within IT
• Experience in estimating, planning, and following up on IT activities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of workplace hardware and digital workplace solutions
• Experience with support flows and ITIL
• Familiarity with thin clients and VDI
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
• Experience in purchasing licenses and hardware
• Competence in serviceification and process development
• Experience in requirement follow-up
