Consultant with experience in ServiceNow and CMDB wanted

We are looking for a consultant with experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, and IT Configuration Management for a leading technology company with a global presence in defense, security, and civil industry. The assignment is full-time based in Linköping, starting immediately. The duration of the assignment is twelve months with the possibility of extension, and travel within Sweden may occur.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and structure of the CMDB. This means that you will provide configuration information and reports, as well as verify and review that the configuration matches the implementation. You will continuously work to ensure the quality of the content in the CMDB through ongoing checks and be responsible for implementing and maintaining the CSDM model.

An important part of the assignment is to ensure that correct relationships in the CMDB are established and, when necessary, guide others in the process. You will support and guide technical teams to maintain high quality while collaborating with adjacent ITIL processes and working methods. The role also involves establishing and maintaining procedures for configuration and asset management, as well as creating and developing working methods that demonstrate traceability and assurance against requirements and design. Additionally, you will contribute training in the working methods and methods used.

Your profile and qualifications

We are looking for someone who has experience working with:

• ServiceNow
• CMDB
• IT Configuration Management
• Operation and development of IT infrastructure
• Implementation and improvement of ITIL v4
