Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care services in Stockholm

Hemstyrkan currently provides home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City. We operate home care around the clock and currently have 4 locations in Råcksta (Bromma), Axelsberg (Hägersten), Hammarbyhöjden (Johanneshov), and Hjorthagen (Östermalm). We have a collective agreement and the company provides work clothes during working hours.

Your role

We are looking for you who are a Nursing Assistant and who, together with your colleagues, want to make a difference in everyday life so that our clients can safely stay in their homes.

Your work should be characterized by care, quality, and presence.

Your tasks with us will include providing care services and support services in our clients' homes. The role includes being a contact person and, to some extent, participating in care planning.

We have high demands for social documentation.

Working hours are:

Monday-Friday 07.00-15.45

The position is full-time

Qualifications

• Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a Nursing Assistant
• Manual B driver's license and experience with driving a car or willingness to cycle during work
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and a holistic perspective
• Be able to meet people in various life situations in a professional and respectful manner
• Stress-resistant and calm
• Good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Good cooking skills and home management knowledge
