Our organization is growing! Are you a nurse looking to work in a well-functioning and pleasant unit where we aim to improve and develop care for children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric disabilities? BUP Stockholm Section Neuropsychiatry is now seeking 2 nurses for a unit at Brommaplan.

The work is conducted during daytime.

The clinic's mission is to conduct assessments of neuropsychiatric disabilities. We also provide pharmacological treatment for ADHD. Here, psychologists, medical secretaries, doctors, nurses, and unit managers work together. In addition to wanting to do the job as well as possible and increase accessibility to care for our target group, we are working to build a well-functioning workplace where we thrive and have the opportunity to develop the organization together.

BUP Stockholm Section Neuropsychiatry consists of One Way In, as well as currently six neuropsychiatric clinics. Currently, the BUP Neuropsychiatry West unit is located in Kungsholmen, but in the spring we will move to larger premises at Brommaplan.

Job Description

As a nurse, your main tasks will be to closely collaborate with doctors to initiate medication after the assessment is completed, as well as to follow up on medication and provide care information to guardians and patients.

Collaboration with healthcare neighbors and partners both within and outside the organization is also an important part of the job. You are part of a team and have the opportunity to contribute to continuous development by participating in the ongoing development work of the organization.

Possibility for remote work with administrative tasks/remote contacts if the organization allows, corresponding to about one day a week.

Qualifications

You should be a licensed nurse.

If you are specialized in psychiatry, it is an advantage, as is work experience in psychiatric care with children and young people and/or previous experience working with the initiation of central stimulant medications.

Personal Qualities

You are self-driven, systematic, flexible, and contribute to a good work environment.

To succeed in the role, you also have excellent collaboration skills with both colleagues and patients and their relatives. You are also good at communicating verbally. If you are interested in the digitalization of care processes, this is an advantage. We place great importance on personal suitability.
