We at Randstad are now looking for a Junior Property Manager for Siemens Energy Real Estate in Finspång. This is a role for you who want to work in a dynamic and developing environment, with experienced colleagues who support you on your journey. You will assist the team in daily operations while gradually taking on more responsibility. The role includes participating in exciting projects, managing contracts and rental issues, and being an important link between internal and external contacts. Responsibilities

Examples of tasks:

• Support in the management and development of the property portfolio

• Participate in projects and coordinate simpler property-related initiatives

• Assist with the management of rental and contract issues

• Be the contact person for tenants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to documentation and administrative work

Qualifications

  • You have a post-secondary education in property management, engineering, economics, or equivalent, or you have work experience in the real estate industry.
  • You are curious, engaged, and want to develop in property management.
  • You are structured, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating with others.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy having many points of contact.
  • Experience with property-related systems and administration is an advantage.
