The company is in an expansion phase and we are now looking for a:

Technical Sales Representative / Area Sales Manager Sweden Do you thrive in a varied and independent role where you can work with freedom under responsibility? The Position

In this role, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in Premier Rider's sales organization with the aim of developing customer collaborations throughout Sweden. Your tasks will consist of further developing and creating customized business solutions for both new and existing customers.

You will initially focus on building your customer portfolio and approaching new customers that you will manage and develop over time. In practice, this means that you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting and mapping the market to closing the deal. Your customers are primarily in the manufacturing industry and resellers in the installation sector, where you act consultatively in your sales for the solutions that create the most value for the customer.

You will be offered a broad role where you can work from the office or from a home office, but business trips may occur as needed since customer collaborations within your business area are prioritized. In this role, you will also closely collaborate with other colleagues in the office such as Inside Sales, Supply Chain, and others within the sales organization. Together, we strive to provide customers with high-quality service, competitive prices, and high delivery capacity!

Your main tasks:

  • Be a key position in the sales organization with the aim of developing customer collaborations.
  • Actively further develop and create customized business solutions.
  • Initially focus on new customer collaborations and build your customer portfolio that you will manage in the long run.

Personal Qualities and Education

As a person, you are a relationship-building individual with high communicative ability. You are goal-oriented and have a high drive and commitment, gaining energy from meeting customers.

You have a strong technical interest and curiosity to understand Premier Rider's product solutions and act consultatively in customer dialogues.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least some technical high school education or have achieved similar experience in another way. You should have previous experience in customer-facing roles and sales. It is an advantage if you have driven sales of technical products within HVAC, Construction, Infrastructure, Traffic Safety Equipment, or Industry.

Good computer skills and fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required. Of course, you also need to have a driver's license.

Start: According to agreement, preferably August 2025. Scope: Full-time. Location: Our office in Knivsta or home office in Greater Stockholm.
