Job Description

In behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced R&D Project Manager to join an international industrial environment and lead projects within the Process Control Platform domain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in research & development and proven experience managing cross-functional teams and projects in an industrial setting.

About the role:

As an R&D Project Manager, you will lead and manage the execution of one or more R&D projects, ensuring that all targets are met. You will coordinate both local and cross-functional project teams, working in close partnership with business managers, steering groups, product management, and external stakeholders to secure value creation. We are seeking a profile who is a proactive and structured leader with a passion for R&D and a proven ability to deliver results in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading R&D projects or sub-projects with limited complexity.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinating local and cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivating and guiding project members to ensure successful execution.

Requirements:

• Solid experience working in an industrial R&D setting.
• Strong technical/scientific expertise relevant to R&D.
• Knowledge of R&D projects, processes, and tools.
• Good understanding of risk and IP management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and English is a firm requirement.
