We are looking for an experienced Hubspot Expert who can support us in an exciting project to build, optimize, and automate our marketing and sales flow. The role is central to creating a smooth customer journey – from first contact to business – and you will act as our strategic partner throughout the project.

About the role • Take overall responsibility for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Hubspot automations • Ensure a frictionless flow between marketing and sales, including lead nurturing and lead scoring • Analyze current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates • Provide ongoing advice and guidance so that the team can work independently moving forward

We are looking for someone who • Has deep and documented experience with Hubspot • Is used to working both strategically and practically, from planning to finished solution • Can work independently, prioritize, and drive the project to completion • Is solution-oriented, communicative, and eager to share knowledge • Can start immediately and contribute with quick impact

Location: Stockholm (remote is possible) Scope: Full-time, project-based Start: Immediately End: Ongoing / open end date
