About Apoteket Östra Storgatan

Apoteket Östra Storgatan is located in the middle of one of Jönköping's most visited shopping streets, where we meet a varied flow of customers every day.

We have a close-knit team of six people: three pharmacists, two self-care advisors, and one pharmacy manager.

We have a large and well-stocked self-care department and receive many self-care customers, as well as a significant number of prescription customers. The natural variation throughout the day creates a work environment that is both dynamic and stimulating.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel safe with us
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medication.

• You have experience working with prescription dispensing
