Our client is a high-tech company focused on intelligent transport systems (ITS). Operating in over 20 countries, the company delivers innovative solutions for road tolls, traffic management, and smart transport systems – always with a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.

The team in Solna

You will be part of an experienced service team of three technicians who work closely with the operations in Stockholm. Together, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical service related to the company's equipment and systems in the field.

Job responsibilities

With our client, you will combine office work with practical work in the field – your tasks include, among other things:

-Monitoring of infrastructure and applications

-Coordination and troubleshooting via support systems

-Documentation of actions

-Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware

-Installation of equipment (cable laying, connection of electricity and signals)

-Inventory management

-Work on roads, often during evenings and nights

On-call schedule occurs about 1 week/month.

Requirements

Education:  2–3 years of post-secondary education in technology or equivalent work experience

Experience: At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a technical field Practical experience in assembly, service, and maintenance Comfortable in varying work environments

Language & Driver's License: Swedish – fluent in spoken and written English – good level B driver's license 

Strongly meriting skills

Basic IT/network/data communication Basic knowledge of Linux  Electrical certification Experience working on busy roads  BE driver's license (meriting)
