About the pharmacies

Here at the pharmacies Malmgatan Norrköping & Vallonen Finspång, we work with a high customer flow and a dynamic workday. As a manager here, you lead an engaged team of about 6 employees, where you together create good conditions for quality, service, and collaboration in a lively environment.

We are now looking for you who want to take on the role of pharmacy manager and lead both pharmacies forward. Here, there is an opportunity to develop local collaborations and drive sales with creative thinking, while you get to work with two teams that have strong team spirit and a great desire to succeed.

Your role

In your role, you lead and develop the business and the people around you – always with quality, care, and the customer’s needs at the center. Through your leadership, you ensure that the team has the right conditions to feel good, thrive, and provide our customers with the best possible help and advice.

As the person responsible for these two pharmacies, you have a key role in shaping a business where care, quality, and accountability permeate every day. By leading with engagement and clear direction, you create conditions for both employees and the business to develop.

• Lead and support your team, with an engaged leadership that creates security and well-being.

• Ensure high quality and patient safety, so that customers always receive professional help and advice.

• Actively work on improvements and development, both operationally and strategically, to strengthen the business and customer experience.

• Collaborate across departmental boundaries, share knowledge, and contribute to developing the entire Apoteket business.

• Take initiative and drive change, both in daily operations and in long-term projects to meet future needs.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a clear and engaging leadership style, as well as a genuine interest in developing both people and the business.

• You have several years of experience leading teams and experience from a similar managerial role.
• You have experience from the pharmacy industry and a wide variety of customers.
• You are a secure and inspiring leader who engages and develops the people around you.
• You find it easy to collaborate and communicate clearly and openly.
• You are solution-oriented and enjoy both daily issues and long-term changes.
