With us, you make a difference

You will be responsible for the internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily operations. The tasks include minor property repairs, rounds, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintaining machines and hand tools. Additionally, there will be simpler gardening tasks such as lawn mowing, weed control, hedge trimming, snow removal, and ice prevention. The work also includes being part of the property readiness group according to a schedule.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work. As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a member of one or more housing cooperatives; if you have board assignments, a responsibility fee will be paid.

You contribute with your competence and engagement

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. You enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to organize your work effectively.

You have a high school education and/or KY education preferably with a focus on property maintenance, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience. It is an advantage if you have gardening education, experience in repairs, and trades such as electrical and/or plumbing.

As computers are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Uddevalla, but work in other locations within the market area may occur. The position includes on-call duty.

Swedish in speech and writing and a B driver's license are required for this position.
