We are currently looking for someone to work in an important key position as a project manager within our industrial operations in Gothenburg.

Job Description As a project manager, you will drive maintenance and service projects for our customers within industrial facilities. You will build good relationships with our customers and colleagues, aiming for a partnership that benefits both parties. You will work on comprehensive commitments from requirements specification to delivery, and your tasks will include executing assignments in a safe, businesslike, and profitable manner. As a project manager, you will have a guiding and leading role and take responsibility for the technical, administrative, and financial aspects of the assigned projects. You will manage, lead, and follow up on project work through all phases to ensure that performance and project goals are met, with the help of your service and maintenance team. You will work with the company's technicians, project administrators, and subcontractors whom you lead and are responsible for their development within the company. Tasks and Responsibilities

- Maintain zero accidents, always strive for the highest possible safety for your colleagues and yourself! - Build good and long-term customer relationships - Resource and material planning - Financial results and follow-up - Preparation and management of quotation requests - Purchases related to your maintenance and project actions - Knowledge of contracts and business legal decisions - Invoice management and responsibility for billing                                                                           - Processing and development of industrial customers

You will report to the department manager, and as a project manager, you will have shared responsibility for the department's results.

Who are you? You have a technical college/university education or work experience as a project manager or equivalent, along with a good technical understanding. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you need technical and financial understanding, as well as an eye for business opportunities. You are good at building trustworthy and long-term customer relationships. You are both solution-oriented and systematic. Experience working with business systems such as IFS or similar is a plus.
