About the position:
We are looking for an engaged individual who shares our vision and strives to be part of the change in people's lives. You will work both independently and in teams, where ideas are shared to improve and spread knowledge throughout the team. You should have experience in documentation and a passion for coaching participants who strive to reach education or employment.
We would like you to have academic qualifications equivalent to:
Option 1:
- One year of post-secondary education.
- At least three years of full-time work experience in areas such as personnel management with responsibility, recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration), work with labor and labor market issues, and work with social and group psychology.
Option 2:
- Completed higher education comprising at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent from a vocational college.
- At least two years of full-time work experience, including part-time work where the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.
It is an advantage if you are multilingual, and you should be proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
Information:
We conduct interviews continuously, and the position will be filled as soon as we find the suitable candidate. The scope of the position will be between 50–100%.
