This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Sjömarkens Isolering.

Sjömarkens Isolering is a market-leading loose fill installer and has been the obvious choice for construction professionals for 40 years. The company works with continuous competence development and the installers have great craftsmanship skills. From the largest projects for construction companies to garage extensions for homeowners – Sjömarkens handles all situations. They offer everything from additional insulation to reduce energy consumption, insulation of new buildings or extensions of villas, as well as large-scale new production that saves both time and the environment. A unique success factor for Sjömarkens is that they manufacture their own insulation in Borås and have their own installers, which allows for quick delivery. Loose fill, which the insulation is based on, is the most effective way to insulate all of the house's structures - walls, floors, and roofs. It saves time, and the carpenters avoid dusty handling. At the same time, no space is needed for storing insulation on the construction site. Additionally, there is no waste, as Sjömarkens installers take care of that.
Sjömarkens is a family-oriented company and currently consists of about 45 employees in 15 locations in Sweden, of which 12 are district salespeople. The company is now taking the next big step and developing the sales division towards Sweden's homeowners, which is a journey you will be part of building with a completely new team in Gothenburg.
Responsibilities
At Sjömarkens, you are not a product seller, but a trusted advisor. Your mission is to help homeowners make smart decisions for their home and finances. In the role, you work together with a team where you process and inform homeowners about Sjömarkens insulation solutions within a given geographical area. This means that you physically visit homeowners and present how they can improve their insulation and what opportunities exist. As a next step, you schedule a follow-up meeting where you conduct an inspection that results in a customized solution and present a price proposal, followed by a booking for installation.
In the role, you have a significant impact on your own salary, where only you set the limits for what you can achieve. Working hours are flexible with a guideline around 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. The office is located in Gothenburg, and your district will depend on your place of residence; you mostly work from home and out in the field.
- Physically visiting homeowners to inform them about Sjömarkens insulation solutions
- Scheduling follow-up meetings for inspections and quote writing

- Have some type of experience in customer contact, preferably with sales
- Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish and English
- Have a B driver's license
