 About the position

As a response service agent, your role is crucial for good customer experiences and successful service. You will receive incoming calls and assist customers through engaged and meaningful service.

 

You will:
  • Receive incoming customer calls and meet customer needs with professionalism and engagement

  • Ensure that our customers' calls are answered in a timely manner and with a high degree of service, quality, and efficiency

  • Work towards set goals and receive ongoing support and feedback from your leader

Requirements for the position
  • Fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form

  • Good knowledge of English

  • Computer literate

  • Approved high school education

  

Employment form and start date
  • Start: By agreement

  • Employment form: We initially offer a temporary position with good opportunities for permanent employment for the right person.

  • Working hours: 07:00-17:00 weekdays and weekends based on your availability!
