The Role in Brief 

As a refrigeration technician at Culligan Storkök, you are the one who saves the day when refrigeration and freezing systems fail. You will work with service, installation, and troubleshooting in commercial kitchens around Gothenburg and nearby municipalities - everything from schools and nursing homes to public kitchens. Here you have the freedom to plan your own day, work closely with customers and colleagues, and be the reliable problem solver that customers can always count on.

You will:
  • Receive and prioritize service requests from customers, both urgent and planned
  • Work independently with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of refrigerators and commercial kitchen equipment
  • Have an open and professional dialogue with customers, often chefs or kitchen managers, to understand and resolve issues quickly
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues and assist each other with larger jobs or installations
  • Report and document your tasks digitally, and follow up with customers after the job is completed
  • Have full responsibility and ownership of the entire customer journey - you will lead the way for scheduling and follow-up of your customer visits!
We believe you:
  • Have refrigeration certification class 1 and a B driver's license (manual).
  • Are someone who loves solving technical problems and does not hesitate to dig deep until you find the fault
  • Are self-driven and take responsibility for your assignments - we give you the freedom to plan your days, you take responsibility for ensuring the customer receives service and delivery of the highest quality!
  • Are great at building rapport with your customers, and know that good dialogue facilitates the job
  • Have basic electrical knowledge
  • Can handle administrative systems and document your work accurately.
  • Speak Swedish fluently, and preferably English.
It is also a bonus if you:
  • Have a CO2 certificate.
  • Have experience with commercial kitchen equipment or multiservice.

Your team 

You will become part of a tight-knit and professional team of refrigeration technicians and commercial kitchen technicians who share service assignments in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. Most jobs you will handle independently, but for larger installations or more extensive repairs, you will work together. The team is used to collaborating closely with customer service and has a straightforward and clear dialogue both internally and with customers. Here you will be part of a group that always helps each other with experience and knowledge when needed!

Start date

By agreement - preferably already in October!
