Nurses to Medhelp

Do you want to make a difference for employers and their employees – every day?

MedHelp provides a digital platform for occupational health that helps employers prevent, follow up on, and analyze absenteeism and ill health in the workplace. Through a close collaboration between MedHelp and Kry, our experienced nurses handle both sick leave notifications and provide medical advice – directly via the platform. We are now looking for more dedicated nurses who want to be part of this important mission! In the role of a nurse, you will: 

• Receive calls regarding sick leave notifications via phone.
• If necessary, provide advice on self-care, assess the need for return to work, and refer to other healthcare providers if needed.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse in a primary care setting (regardless of other experience). 
• You are service-minded, efficient, and have a good demeanor.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• You have very good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously. 
• You are independent in your role as a nurse and comfortable making your own decisions.

We are looking for flexible employees who can work according to one or more of the following options:

• Start immediately, approximately 20% daytime (primarily from 05:00-17:00), and be able to step in at short notice if needed.
• Summer job approximately 100%, around the clock, but primarily from 05:00-17:00) during the summer weeks (weeks 27–32).
• Night shifts 1–2 times a week, between 00:00–06:00. During the night, you are expected to manage two flows simultaneously, which places high demands on your computer skills.
