As a customer service agent with us, you will work in large, bright premises in Lund with good communication options for those who travel by public transport. If you travel by car, we have a large free parking area adjacent to the building. During the introduction to the job, we expect you to work with us in the office. Once you are comfortable, there is also the possibility to work remotely on a rotating basis.

You will work in a team where you together are the face of the Bokus brand, but you can also be trained for other assignments depending on where the need is greatest. You will be the customers' first contact via phone, email management, and sometimes even chat. Team spirit, job satisfaction, good service, and development are what permeate a workday with us. We are looking for a person who can initially work about 40 hours/week, with the possibility of part-time work thereafter. The working hours are generally scheduled during office hours, i.e., Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, but evenings and weekends may occur.

You will receive thorough training in customer service, case management, and of course, within the project itself to help customers in the best possible way.

We work with variable pay as we want the work you put in to be reflected in your paycheck. That said, it is important for us that our employees feel secure, so you also have a guaranteed monthly salary.

We are affiliated with a collective agreement with Unionen.

Who are we looking for?

For the position, it is required that you

• have good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form

• have a high school education or equivalent experience

• have previous work experience and references
