As an IT Buyer you will manage purchasing projects from start to finish, focusing on negotiations, supplier management and cost analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define needs, ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy requirements, and secure agreements that deliver value to the organisation. The role combines independent project ownership with supporting colleagues in global initiatives, and requires a structured way of working while remaining flexible in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within IT, software, SaaS or cybersecurity
• Proven ability to manage purchasing projects independently
• Experience supporting purchasing aspects in projects led by others
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, contract negotiations and supplier management
• Familiarity with purchasing and contract platforms
• Strong administrative and documentation skills
• Fluent in English, spoken and written (Swedish not required)

Meritorious

• Experience with suppliers and projects in India
• Background from international organisations or global projects
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data privacy and sustainability in the supply chain
