Job Description We are now looking for customer service advisors for SEB 24|7 in Sundsvall. The position will be filled continuously, and the next start date will be November 5th.
The job involves receiving incoming phone calls regarding various types of banking matters where you will assist customers digitally via phone. The position will begin with a longer training plan that includes both theoretical and practical elements to provide the best conditions for success in the role.
At our telephone bank, you are SEB's voice to the outside and have one of the most important roles for our customers. The position is full-time, so you cannot be a student. You also need to be flexible as working hours vary between days, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility to request your schedule.
Who are you? We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and wants to give every customer a positive experience with SEB. Your surroundings would describe you as energizing, cooperative, and engaged. You learn new things easily, are good at problem-solving, and are curious about digital development. You also have a strong interest in banking and finance and see a long-term future with SEB.
To be considered for the role, we expect you to have:
- Experience in service, preferably from customer service via phone or similar work
- Good phone and computer skills
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- High school education with a college preparatory diploma
- Genuine interest in banking/finance
It is a plus if you have:
- Relevant university education in economics
- Previous work experience in banking, finance, or similar roles
