Job Responsibilities

Your mission will be to contribute to the pedagogical work in the preschool together with other educators based on the curriculum and other governing documents.

As a childcare worker, you will play an important role in the preschool's daily operations, where you, with a conscious approach, enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a multifaceted way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children feel seen and that they have a natural place in the preschool.

You will be part of a team where you contribute to providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you will engage in a constantly evolving pedagogical dialogue with a desire to change, deepen, and develop.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a qualified childcare worker. We prefer that you have previous experience working with children.

You have a positive attitude and an interest in developing work methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
