As a Booking Coordinator at IPIS, you will be a central part of our mission to deliver seamless installations and high-quality service to our contractual customers.
About the role
As a Booking Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on our assignments. You ensure that the right resources are in place at the right time, that communication with customers and partners flows smoothly, and that our processes are adhered to at every step. The role involves a lot of contact with technicians, customers, and internal colleagues, and you will be the one who holds the entire chain together from start to finish – often in a fast-changing environment where flexibility and structure are crucial.
Your tasks
- Plan and book installations and service assignments
- Coordinate resources and ensure that schedules are maintained
- Be the point of contact for customers, partners, and technicians
- Follow up on assignments and ensure that processes and quality are adhered to
- Contribute to developing and improving work methods and routines
About you
We are looking for someone who thrives on juggling multiple tasks and gains energy from creating structure even when the pace is high. You are a good communicator, solution-oriented, and have a natural sense of service. You find it easy to collaborate but can also work independently and take responsibility for your assignments from start to finish.
We believe you have:
- Experience in coordination, planning, or administration – preferably in a similar role
- Good computer and system skills
- The ability to create structure and prioritize even when conditions change
- A communicative and service-oriented disposition
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
