Do you want to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on leadership, structure, and development? We at Pokayoke, on behalf of our client, are looking for a Team Manager for a logistics center in Kungsängen. 

About the position

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a department in the warehouse where you lead and allocate the daily work. You will ensure that your group meets its goals in quality, efficiency, and safety, in an environment where improvement work and engagement are in focus.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the daily operations within your department
  • Planning and following up on the department's goals and performance
  • Communicating clearly with your team and providing continuous feedback
  • Coaching employees according to individual development plans
  • Ensuring that the work environment, safety, and routines are followed
  • Reporting incidents, risks, and deviations
  • Driving improvement work to increase efficiency
  • Breaking down the company's strategies into concrete and trackable goals

Your profile

We are looking for a structured and committed leader who can both support and challenge your employees in their daily work. You are confident in making decisions, have good communication skills, and are motivated by seeing others grow. You thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of everyday life.

We see that you have:

  • At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within logistics, production, or warehousing
  • The ability to work goal-oriented and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment
  • High school education and good IT skills, especially in Excel
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A coaching and role-model leadership style with a strong sense of responsibility

Experience from the logistics industry and knowledge of additional languages beyond Swedish/English is a plus.

Application This position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, and the start date is immediate or as agreed.

The working hours are scheduled for day shifts, Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 15:00.
