About the position

Xamera's Gothenburg office is now looking for a driven and committed Recruitment Business Manager (RBM) who wants to help shape the future matches between young engineers and Sweden's most innovative companies!

As an RBM, you are responsible for leading the entire recruitment process and ensuring that both clients and candidates receive a first-class experience. You build strong and long-term client relationships, actively work to increase the inflow of new assignments, and create matches that truly make a difference. By understanding the clients' needs and the candidates' potential, you strengthen Xamera's position in the market. You coach and develop your consultants and ensure a safe and stimulating work environment. Additionally, you represent Xamera in external contexts and collaborations to spread our vision and build our brand.

Your main responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment processes from selection and interviews to final matching and follow-up.

• Coach and develop consultants through regular check-ins, coaching, and handling labor law issues to create a safe and developing work environment.

• Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and actively work with upselling to increase business volume and client satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, sales, or the consulting industry and wants to take the next step in their career.

• Has relevant post-secondary education.

• Is business-driven and has a natural ability to build strong client relationships and see opportunities where others see challenges.

• Has experience in recruitment or service sales - a strong merit.

• Is a skilled communicator who enjoys connecting with new people and has the ability to understand both the client's and the candidate's needs.

• Is results-oriented, competitive, and thrives in an environment where your drive and commitment make a difference.
