Inte Bara Post Bemanning is now looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant for our client. You will be based at the client's headquarters in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting from October until May -26.

YOUR ROLE

You will be part of a wonderful finance team of 3 people, including a team lead. Your main focus will be on accounts receivable and accounts payable, primarily on accounts payable.

Your main tasks include:

• Independently manage incoming invoices and accounting documents and ensure they are registered and processed in the ERP system.
• Monitor and control the flow in the electronic invoice processing (Exflow).
• Be responsible for the payment of approved invoices, primarily via file transfer from the ERP system to external Swedish and foreign banks.
• Handle accounts receivable routines: payments, refunds, customer invoicing, payment control.
• Independently manage account reconciliations during monthly closings with physical reconciliations as well as analyses, follow-ups, and appropriate actions.

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you are meticulous, structured and conscientious. You are used to driving your tasks forward independently and are passionate about accounting. During busy periods, it is essential that you can handle stress. Furthermore, we see that you are a quick learner.

We are looking for someone who has a post-secondary education in finance and is at the beginning of their career. We would like you to have 1–2 years of work experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, payments, and reconciliations.

It is an advantage if you have worked in any of the following systems:

• D365
• Readsoft
• Exflow – electronic invoice processing
• Adramatch
• Balancer
