About the assignment

Coor has been given the important task of managing property operations at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. About the role

As an operations manager, you coordinate the work and ensure that we deliver high quality to the customer. You lead and support your team to achieve good results and build strong relationships through close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You are an important part of the delivery where you drive the daily work with meetings and planning and are actively out in the customer's facilities to find and work on improvements and suggestions for improvements. Furthermore, you are a support for the group regarding property technical issues, where you handle error reports, bookings, and inquiries from customers.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Be responsible for daily coordination and management of the group's operations
  • Manage work orders in Faciliate and Maximo
  • Handle supplier and customer invoices
  • Ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the end customer
  • Follow up on quality and actively work with contract follow-ups

What are we looking for in you?

  • Several years of experience in the property industry
  • A completed property technical education or equivalent competence
  • Good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Driver's license B
  • Good computer skills in Office 365 and comfortable with digital work tools
  • Leadership experience in the property industry
  • SBA competence is an advantage

As a person, you have the ability to build a successful team that works together to achieve set goals. We see that you are a self-driven and structured person who takes initiative. You should have an easy time steering, planning, and directing the operations in the right direction. You need to be communicative and have a strong customer focus, be able to handle many tasks at once, and collaborate easily. You have the ability to work under high pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100%
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 07-16. On-call duty included.
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Probationary period: 6 months
