About the assignment

Coor has been entrusted with the important task of managing property operations at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. What does the role entail?

Through a customer-focused, business-oriented, and quality-driven approach, your task will be to develop, plan, and lead the operations towards set goals. The role thus entails overall responsibility for personnel, delivery, customer relations, and finances in a varied daily environment.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks:

  • Personnel responsibility and development of employees.
  • Lead, coordinate, and develop the operational service delivery to ensure a professional and satisfactory delivery to the customer.
  • Establish and develop a trustful and businesslike dialogue with the customer and ongoing follow-up within the framework of the delivery.
  • Improvement and development work, both internally and towards the customer.
  • Coordination, management, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors.
  • Establish goals and continuously follow up on these.
  • Financial and closing work.

We see that you have:

  • Previous experience as a leader in the property industry
  • Relevant education in property technology, property management, and/or equivalent practical experience
  • Good knowledge of business economics, labor law, and leadership with experience in financial closing and result monitoring
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experienced system user with good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Driver's license B is a requirement

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent position
  • Employment rate: Full-time 100%
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
  • Start date: By agreement
  • Probationary period: 6 months
