About the role:

We are now looking for aPeople & Culture Business Partner with a business-oriented focus! At Kjell, you will be an important contributor to both people's and the company's success by supporting the development of people and the organization in daily operations. You will work with all common functions within the Kjell group with a focus on the Retail business. This requires close collaboration with regional managers and support for the entire store chain. You will support the tactical and operational development within the Retail organization. You will work in a team with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues in a positive and collaborative work environment. The position involves many different operational and strategic tasks, and you should enjoy a varied workday. The role drives P&C initiatives within the Swedish market and possibly also the Norwegian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of the entire People & Culture (HR) cycle within the Retail business. From understanding the business to supporting managers in building tactical and operational plans for people and organizational development.
  • Be an advisor and support to managers in discussions about employees and the organization.
  • Support the organization from a labor law and occupational health perspective.
  • Represent Kjell's People & Culture team in various forums.
  • Support the entire recruitment process together with the hiring manager.
  • Support managers in development plans for their teams and employees.
  • Oversee the daily work within People & Culture related to the Retail business.
  • Ensure the implementation and updating of policies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with others in the People & Culture team to ensure development and cooperation.
  • Be a key contributor in the development and implementation of People strategies as well as other initiatives, processes, and programs.

Competence and knowledge requirements:

  • Fluent Swedish is required as well as good communication skills in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience from retail companies is an advantage.
  • Experience of the entire HR cycle.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and occupational health.
  • Experience working in a forward-looking organization focused on new ways to optimize organizational structures and employee development.
  • Very good experience in recruitment including assessment methods.
  • Previous experience with CatalystOne and Teamtailor is a plus!

This role is a parental leave cover for 1 year with a possibility of extension. Based in Stockholm or Malmö.
