We are seeking a logistics developer who wants to take our internal logistics processes to the next level and create the efficient solutions of the future. In this role, you will have a key position in identifying areas for improvement, streamlining processes, and creating smart solutions that strengthen our entire operation. Do you enjoy working with analysis, process development, and collaboration with both warehousing and production? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

You will have a central role where you lead logistics development internally and externally by streamlining material, information, and communication flows within the operations. Implementation occurs through adaptation, implementation, and integration with ERP and other tools. Flow optimization is central to the work.

In this role, you will be responsible for further developing routines, working methods, and structures within your area of responsibility, and in collaboration with the production management of the business area, you will work towards a unified working method for all units. Through attitude influence, motivation, and training efforts, you will contribute to employees and management teams working systematically with improvements for a long-term more efficient logistics process.

The role includes responsibility for monitoring, analysis, and reporting of essential goals and key figures to ensure that both short-term and long-term objectives are achieved.
