About the role

As a Logistic Developer, you will have a central role in HSNG's warehouse operations. You will work both proactively and supportively to develop and improve logistics solutions – both technically and systematically. You are an important link between warehouse operations, system development, and other departments within operations.

You will be part of the local management team and be responsible for initiating and driving improvement projects within the logistics area, developing automation solutions, and contributing to more efficient warehouse management.

Your main responsibilities

• Participate in the development of our warehouse systems (Pyramid, e-Manager, NYCE) together with the ERP/WMS team
• Initiate, lead, and follow up projects within logistics and operations
• Develop automation solutions for increased efficiency
• Contribute to the strategic development work within operations
• Be responsible for and drive the company's 5S work
• Work environment & EHS

Who are you?

We believe you are a structured and driven person who enjoys working both operationally and strategically. You have experience in logistics operations, preferably with a focus on system development and improvement work. If you have worked with WMS and automation solutions, that is a big plus!

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/logistics operations
• Good system understanding, preferably within Pyramid, NYCE, or similar WMS
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Experience working with 5S and/or LEAN is desirable
• Good communication skills and accustomed to collaborating across departmental boundaries
