We are now looking for a Group Manager for an established and growing logistics operation in Sweden.

About the role

As a Group Manager, you have overall operational responsibility for your part of the business. You ensure efficient, safe, and standardized operations through daily management, monitoring of key performance indicators, resource planning, and continuous improvements. You lead through team leaders and work closely with the business focusing on delivery, quality, and work environment. The role involves a clear responsibility for creating structure in daily operations, monitoring performance, and driving improvement work in line with the business goals. You report to the Site Manager and are an important part of the local management structure.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations including inbound, picking, and outbound • Lead and develop team leaders and ensure clear goal management • Work with daily monitoring of KPIs such as productivity, resource utilization, and attendance • Identify deviations and drive actions together with the business • Ensure compliance with work instructions and standardized working methods • Actively work with improvement initiatives and efficiency • Be the operational contact person for questions related to daily operations • Ensure that work environment and safety routines are followed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in operational leadership within warehousing, logistics, or production. You are structured, clear, and confident in your leadership and have the ability to create engagement even in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience leading teams in operational activities, a good understanding of KPIs and monitoring, as well as the ability to plan and prioritize your tasks in a dynamic environment. You have worked with improvement work and change management and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
