Do you want a key role where you drive the entire logistics flow from order to delivery? We are looking for a structured and service-oriented Logistics Manager who wants to take responsibility for warehouse, quality, customer contact, and daily operations in a growing business.

In the role of Logistics Manager, you have overall responsibility for the company's logistics and customer service processes. You ensure that each delivery maintains high quality, that the warehouse is well-organized, and that customers receive quick and professional service.

The role is operational and varied, where you work closely with both operations and management. You are responsible for daily routines, follow-up, and improvement of work methods.

Logistics & Warehouse

• Be responsible for the entire logistics flow – from received order to packing, booking, and delivery.
• Ensure correct labeling, EAN codes, product information, brochures, and documentation prior to delivery.
• Perform quality checks on products before dispatch.
• Ensure that the warehouse is structured, well-organized, and efficient.
• Keep track of inventory levels and ensure that materials are always available.
• Conduct inventory annually or as needed.

Customer Service & Administration

• Answer incoming calls and emails.
• Provide support regarding orders, deliveries, and spare parts.
• Handle mail and shipments.
• Compile and report weekly to the CEO.

• Has excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Is structured, responsible, and self-driven.
• Has good problem-solving skills and can prioritize effectively.
• Is computer literate and works fluently in Microsoft Office.
• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has experience in logistics, warehousing, administration, or a similar role.
• Enjoys creating order, quality, and stable routines.
