Apoteket is now looking for a Supply Planner for a consulting assignment starting in April. We offer a varied role where you work with logistics while driving improvements in e-commerce processes.

About the position

As a Supply Planner, you ensure that the right product is in the right place at the right time and in the right quantity. You actively follow up on outcomes and deviations and implement improvements in existing and new processes. The role involves close collaboration with E-pharmacy and other departments to meet customer demand.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong ability to deliver against set goals, possess advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems, and have good communication skills for effective collaboration; as the team works with pharmaceuticals, it is also crucial that you have a high level of sense of urgency and understand the importance of acting quickly to secure customer goods.

Responsibilities

The role involves a combination of operational inventory management, analysis, and process development. You will handle critical flows for e-commerce and be central in the work to optimize Apoteket's service level.

• Ensure inventory accuracy to avoid shortages or surpluses
• Identify and analyze deviations in the assortment
• Optimize control parameters to maximize service level and profitability
• Develop and implement new processes for improved inventory management
• Communicate and collaborate with the team and external suppliers for stable flows
• Represent E-pharmacy in relevant projects
• Participate in strategic planning for future needs within e-commerce

We are looking for someone who

• Has previously worked as a Supply Planner
• Has post-secondary education in logistics (YH, LIA, or similar).
• Can work either in Eskilstuna or Stockholm (Solna)

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
