Operational Team Leader for Warehouse in VAS Department

We are now looking for a driven and structured Operational Team Leader for one of our clients in warehouse and logistics. About the Role

As an Operational Team Leader, you will work both operationally in the warehouse and lead the daily operations in the VAS department. You will be responsible for:

• Planning, prioritizing, and distributing the daily work in the department
• Ensuring that packing, labeling, repackaging, and other VAS services are performed according to customer requirements
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and delivery precision
• Ensuring that routines, work instructions, and safety regulations are followed
• Handling deviations and working on continuous improvements
• Introducing and supporting new employees and creating a motivating team culture

You are a present leader who enjoys working closely with the operations and supporting the team where needed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in leading work within warehousing, logistics, or production
• Good understanding of warehouse flows and preferably experience in VAS work
• Experience with WMS or other business/warehouse systems
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style

Meritorious:

• Forklift license
• Experience in monitoring KPIs and productivity goals

We Offer

• Full-time assignment with immediate start or by agreement
• Working hours: 07:00-16:00, Monday-Friday
• Collective agreement and salary according to agreement
